This annual event celebrates the community’s efforts in creating a more diverse and inclusive society. In addition to a fun Mardi Gras-themed night with a second-line parade, live music and signature food stations and drinks, we recognize the efforts of those who are working towards this common goal with our celebrated Inclusiveness@Work awards.
"The Ball for All allows us to celebrate the leaders in our profession and enjoy their successes, but also focuses us on the work that remains to make our workplaces more inclusive and welcoming" said Patrick O'Rourke, 2019 Chair of the CLI Board, and Vice President, University Counsel of the University of Colorado and Secretary of the Board of Regents.

CLI breaks records with sponsorship, attendance and fundraising at 5th Annual Celebration
In addition to celebrating "Venetian Carnival" style, this year's attendance broke records with a crowd of over 325 people. Sponsorship levels were the highest recorded and funds raised were nearly doubled last year's totals. The gala included both a silent and live auction, and one of the highlighted items was a trip to New York with tickets to "Hamilton: An American Musical" on Broadway. Watch the video highlight of the night!
Winners of the Inclusiveness@Work Award

The Lifetime Achievement Award was also presented to SuSaNi Harris, one of the founding members of the Center for Legal Inclusiveness.
Our thanks to everyone who helped make it a fun-filled event!
